Is there free shipping?
Yes. we offer free shipping on orders over $300 AUD and free express shipping on orders over $500 AUD.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Delta offers refunds on full priced orders.
Items purchased on sale including styles marked down during a flash sale are eligible for a store credit only. Sale items discounted further than 50% or marked FINAL SALE can not be returned.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 5-10 business days from delivery for our team to process your return.
Who pays the shipping cost for my return?
We have an easy to use returns system and customers will be responsible to pay for their return shipping.
How long is your returns period?
Once your parcel arrives at your door you have fourteen (14) days to send it back to us for a return.
Made-to-measure FAQ
What is made-to-measure (MTM)?
MTM garments are individually crafted using your exact body measurements, proportions, and personal preferences. Unlike standard sizing, each piece is drafted specifically for you to achieve a refined, precise fit.
Where are fittings held?
Fittings are conducted at designated pop-up locations. Available locations and appointment times will appear when booking your fitting.
Do I need to be measured in person?
Yes. All MTM orders require an in-person fitting appointment. Measurements are taken by our trained team to ensure accuracy, assess posture and balance, and deliver the highest standard of fit.

How long does an appointment take?
Fittings typically take 30-40 minutes, during which we take detailed measurements and guide you through fabric and design selections.
What happens during my fitting?
During your appointment, we will:
- Take precise body measurements
- Assess posture and proportions
- Discuss fit preferences
- Review fabric and customisation options
- Confirm garment details before production
What fabrics do we offer?
Delta offers two fabric collections. Our Base Collection features in-house fabrics designed for everyday structure and longevity. Our Heritage Collection features premium fabrics sourced from renowned Italian mills including Marzotto, Reda and Vitale Barberis Canonico.
Do I need to bring anything to my fitting?
Please bring the shoes you intend to wear with your suit. Heel height plays an important role in achieving the correct trouser length and ensuring balanced proportions.
How long until I receive my garment?
The standard lead time is approximately 8-10 weeks from your in-person fitting appointment. Lead times may vary depending on fabric availability. Should further alterations be required after your final fitting, an additional 1-2 weeks, plus shipping, may apply.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, as appointments are limited and reserved exclusively for you. However, the deposit is fully applied to your final garment purchase.
How many MTM appointments are available?
To maintain craftsmanship and individual attention, MTM spots are limited each month. Once appointments are filled, bookings will close until availability reopens.
Will there be a second fitting?
Yes. Once your garment is ready, a try-on appointment is arranged. Minor adjustments are included to ensure a flawless final fit.
How much is a suit?
Pricing will vary depending on the garment, fabric and design. If you would like more information, please submit a request for pricing information using the link here.
Can I reorder without another fitting?
Yes. Once your measurements and pattern are established, reordering is simple. Your measurements are securely stored to make future MTM orders seamless and consistent. If your body measurements have changed, we recommend booking a new fitting.
Are MTM garments returnable?
Because MTM garments are custom made for you, they are not eligible for standard returns. Fit adjustments are included as part of the service.
